She was predeceased by: her parents, Gifford G. Butler and Bessie Mae Cranford Butler; her daughter Sheila Jack; and her siblings, Virginia Cook, Gene Butler and James Butler.
She is survived by: her husband Faral Melvin Covert of Idaho Falls, ID; her children, Travis Covert of Idaho Falls, ID and April Barzee (Eric) of Idaho Falls; and her brother George Alvie Butler (Martha). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
