It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Edna Sobieski of Idaho Falls, Idaho, born in Rigby, Idaho, who passed away on November 9, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Leland Kinghorn and Gladys Jenkins Kinghorn; her husband James Richard Sobieski; her son Alan Sobieski; and her sister Lavon Kinghorn.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Sobieski (Lana) of Shelley, ID and Scott Sobieski (Amy) of Idaho Falls, ID; her sister Rhea Lounsbury; and her grandchildren, Derek Sobieski (Heather), Dustin Sobieski (Lexy), Mikayla Andersen (Nick), Jerrika Furrows (Andy) and Jennifer Sobieski.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
