In the sacred silence of farewell, Jack is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Lionel Moore and Thora Munn Moore; his son Todd Moore; and his siblings, Gerald Moore and Colleen Kesler.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Moore of Idaho Falls, ID; his children, Clayton Jack Moore (Jena) of Idaho Falls, ID, Vicki Lynn Nielson (Kurt) of Idaho Falls, ID and Mark Moore (Heather) of Idaho Falls, ID; and his daughter-in-law Taya Lyn Moore. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
