He was predeceased by: his parents, John Victor Yasaitis and Maribelle Matthews; and his stepfather Grant Matthews. He is survived by: his wife DeLayne Yasaitis of Idaho Falls; his children, Shauna Loughmiller (Lynn) of Ogden, UT, Tauna Christensen (Wade) of Firth, ID and Jack Yasaitis Jr. (Liz) of Idaho Falls; and his siblings, Victoria Brady of Redmond, OR, Stephanie Simonton-Atchley (Wooten) of Little Rock, AR, Mychel Matthews of Murtaugh, ID, Lisa Jo Matthews of Murtaugh, ID and Rocky Matthews (Becca) of Murtaugh, ID. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
