He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanford Ellis Strom and Alta Josephine Billman Strom; his wife Marilyn E. Strom; and his siblings, Frances Ashcroft, Margaret Beck, Bee Strom, Lester Green and Lee Strom.
He is survived by: his children, Hallie Ann Brown (Laurent) of Idaho Falls, ID, James Sanford Strom (Jane) of Round Hill, VA, Kristie Lin Rodriquez (Michael) of Idaho Falls, ID and Teri Kae Beck of Idaho Falls, ID. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
