He is survived by: his wife Marwayne Kaye Wagner of Idaho Falls, ID; his children, Matthew James Wagner (Ana) of Clemmons, NC, David Russell Wagner of Plattsburgh, NY, Theresa Suzanne Gabignaud (Brian Holm) of Pocatello, ID, Zachary Elias Wagner (Callie) of Idaho Falls, ID, Randy Marshall Wagner (Dasha) of Pine Valley, CA and Steven Edward Wagner (Rachael) of Idaho Falls, ID; and his brother Charles Wagner (K'Lynne) of Idaho Falls, ID. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
