She was predeceased by: her parents, Loran Josiah Marler and Zella Priscilla Ryset Marler; her husband Joel Phelps; her siblings, Loren Marler, Fay Marler, George Marler, Frank Marler, Bob Marler, Kenneth Marler, Helen Simper and Shirlene Lords; and her sons, James Daniel Phelps, Micheal Jay Phelps and Cary John Phelps.
She is survived by: her children, Joel Phelps of Denver, CO, Wendy Koplin of Magna, UT, Rebecca Fitts (Eric) of Pleasant Grove, UT and Christopher Phelps (Sheila) of Idaho Falls, ID. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
