He is survived by: his wife Esther Tynan; his children, Chris Allen (Megan) of Idaho Falls, Steve Allen (Ashley) of Boise and Sarah Allen Lopez (Mauricio) of Los Lunas; and his grandchildren, Kaydence, Lyla, Chelsea and Jaxson.
