He is survived by: his mother Wylene Ivie Bateman of Iona, ID; his wife Lisa Bateman of Idaho Falls, ID; his children, Melissa Chiu (Spencer) of Rigby, ID, Jacob Bateman (Kelsey) of Rigby, ID, Benjamin Bateman (Kayla) of Rexburg, ID and EmmaLee Burnett (Nathan) of Idaho Falls, ID; his siblings, Debbie Wheeler (Jeff) of Idaho Falls, ID and Curtis Bateman (Rone) of Iona, ID; his grandmother Leah Bitton of Iona, ID; and his grandchildren, Sullivan, Jaylee, Jayce, Elias, Hans, Matthew, Aaron and Lydia.
