He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Richard Ellingford and Amy Luzett Ellingford; and his siblings, Samuel Blaine "Don" Ellingford and Mary Lajean Gehring. He is survived by: his wife Carole Ann Hazelton of Ammon, ID; and his sons, Jerry Ellingford (Trudy) of Roberts, ID, Jeff Ellingford (Sheila) of Rigby, ID and Jay Dee Ellingford (Kimberly) of Priest River, ID. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
