He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Nile Baird (Ted) and Carol Ann King Baird; his son Andrew John Baird (A. J.); his nephew Rye Burch; his brothers, Roye and Arthur "Nile" Baird; and his brother-in-law Bill Orchard.

He is survived by: his wife Christine Orchard Baird; his children, Tasja Jackson (Anthony) of Ammon, Idaho, Zachary Baird (Rebekah) of Watford City, Rylee Baird (McKenzy) of Idaho Falls and Connor Baird (Alina Marthis) of Lewiston, Idaho.; and his grandchildren, Madicyn, Traydyn, Kaceyn, Quintyn, Spencer, Nolyn, Lawsyn, Emma, Lillianna, Delilah and Ronan.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Iona Stake Center (7555 N 55th E, Idaho Falls, ID 83427).

John Keith Baird was joyfully reunited with his Savior, Jesus Christ, on May 24, 2025, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's and Dementia.
