He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul Butler (Katherine) and Norma Walker (Keith); and his son Otis Collette. He is survived by: his children, Ciarra Walker, Kameron Walker, Bostynn Walker and Easton Jack Walker; his parents, Debbie Collette (Alan) and Dave Frisby (Karen); and his siblings, Shelby Walker (Amber), Casey Chadburn (Jason), Cody Collette (Suzie), Megan Ellett (Jason), Mathew Collett (Alicia), Jeremy Collette and Sarah Frisby.
