She is survived by: her husband Wendell Wagoner; her daughter Anne Wagoner Brown (Matt Brown); her family Judy; her children, Phillip Dail Wagoner (Connie), Melvin Arnold Wagoner (Teresa) and Nora Elizabeth Anne "Annie" Wagoner; her grandchildren, Grace Elizabeth Anne Brown, Zachary "Zach" Matthew Brown, Garrett Allen Wagoner and Madeline "Maddie" Anne Wagoner; her sibling's children, Letitia "Tish" Jane Maxwell Dahmen, Laird James Maxwell and William Ted Maxwell; her son John Roy Wagoner; and her sister Valeria Jane Laird Maxwell. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
