She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Morn Hoggan and Blanche Matkin Hoggan; and her brothers, Robert Bruce Hoggan and Jerry Matkin Hoggan. She is survived by: her husband Gordon Loveland of Idaho Falls, ID; and her daughters, Susan Elizabeth Brewer (John) of Ucon, ID, Stacey Marie Burke (Derrick) of Lapoint, UT, Jackie Lynn McNeill (Jason) of South Jordan, UT, Heidi Jo Thornton (Travis) of Idaho Falls, ID and Lori Kay O'Connor (Christopher) of Idaho Falls, ID. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Thunder Ridge 1st Ward (4459 John Adams Pkwy, Idaho Falls, ID 83406).
