She was predeceased by: her parents, A. Earl Wadsworth and June Campbell Wadsworth; and her brother Brent Wadsworth. She is survived by: her husband Barry Lewis; her children, Oliver Lewis, Joe Lewis, Tom Lewis, Audrey Geeting, Angela Lewis and Alisha Lacey; her siblings, Brenda Lovell, Jackie Felt, Karen Green, Aubrey, Bill Conner, Ben and Enoch Wadsworth; and her stepmother Norma Wadsworth. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
