He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Leo Lewis and Laura Bell Adams Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Vaunita Lewis of Idaho Falls, ID; his children, Waylin Lewis (Paige) of Idaho Falls, ID, Kenyan Lewis (Barbara) of Pocatello, ID, Heidi Pope (Malcolm) of Pocatello, ID, Kami Kellogg (Dale) of Shelley, ID and Lauralee Brewerton (Brett) of Shelley, ID; and his siblings, Leland Lewis (Eileen) of Pocatello, ID and Lorna Eskelsen (Chad) of St. George, UT. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
