He was predeceased by: his parents, David Franklin Birkinbine and Lucille Elizabeth Swearingin Birkinbine; and his spouse Shaunna Robbins. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Birkinbine of Idaho Falls, Brad Birkinbine (Maureen) of Idaho Falls, ID and Scott Birkinbine (Akela) of Ketchikan, AK; and his brothers, Greg Birkinbine (Ann) and Brent Birkinbine (Lisa). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Options Inc., 570 S. Woodruff, Idaho Falls.
