He is survived by: his wife Denise Simmons of Idaho Falls, ID; and his children, Tara Lee of Idaho Falls, ID, Joy McArthur (Jason) of Sheridan, WY and Adam Simmons (Emily) of Idaho Falls, ID. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
