He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Hardy Harker; his children, Leo Scott Harker (Joyce), Deola Kay Finn (Grant) and Dixie Calkins; his son-in-law Keith Pugmire; and his siblings, Carma Herbst, Ann Locke, Gordon Harker, Betty Jenks and Mary Susan Johnson. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 44 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
