He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Dee Higley; his sons, Chad Skinner, Jay Weatherston, Kris Skinner, Cody Anderson and Devlin Anderson; and his siblings, Ralph Weatherston and Geneal Havens. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
