With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda Baxter of Idaho Falls, Idaho, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 1, 2026 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Raymond Maughan and Ethel Rebecca Randall Maughan; her husband Richard Lee Baxter; and her brother Brent Maughan. She is survived by: her children, David Baxter (Shelly) of St. George, UT, Darin Baxter (Jill) of St. George, UT, Kevin Baxter (Jacki) of Astoria, OR, Robert Baxter (Michaela) of St. George, UT, Jeremy Baxter of St. George, UT, Lorena Angell (Larry) of Vancouver, WA, Carolyn Collette (Alex) of Idaho Falls, ID, Melanie Wade (Jeffrey) of Rigby, ID and Deb Baxter of Vancouver, WA; and her siblings, Elaine Trusty (Chan), Kathleen Walker of Eagle, ID and Ken Maughan of Pleasant Grove, UT. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
