She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Thomas Humpherys and Wilma Isabel Taylor Humpherys; her daughter Kelli Ann Larsen; her siblings, Tamera Humpherys, Martha "Marti" Dole and Robert Eugene Humpherys; and her parents-in-law, Lavell and Lenabell Lake.
She is survived by: her husband Dall Ray Lake of Idaho Falls, ID; her children, Teresa Spillers of Rigby, ID, Kristy Holverson (Neil) of Ammon, ID, Lynette Kelly (Sean) of Rigby, ID and Travis Lake (Amy) of Idaho Falls, ID; her son-in-law Brett Larsen of Rigby, ID; her sisters, Verna Thorngren of Menan, ID and Gail Oswald of Boise, ID; and her sisters-in-law, Janiece Barney and Linda Bennett. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
