He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Thelma Jean Olson; his wife Doreen Kirkpatrick; his children, Daniel Kirkpatrick (Kristy) of Rigby, ID, Katie Johnston (Ian) of Lemon Grove, CA, Matthew Kirkpatrick of Idaho Falls, ID, Nicholas Kirkpatrick of Idaho Falls, ID, Annie Mondragon (Miguel) of Pleasant Grove, UT and Kellie Ellis (Kenneth) of Idaho Falls, ID; his mother Thelma Kirkpatrick; his sister Renae Kirkpatrick of Springfield, OR; and his son Benjamin Kirkpatrick. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
