He was predeceased by : his father Joseph Henry Scheer; and his niece Cinda Hulse. He is survived by : his mother Sally Ann Lowe Scheer; his siblings, Cindy Hulse, Carla Thueson (Steve), Mark Scheer (Amanda), Connie Mays (Marty) and Mathew Scheer (Markell); and his children, Cody Scheer (Leslie), Mandy Rushin (Mike), Shannon Nelson (Buck), Shaliece Zundel (Jake) and Kyle Richardson. He is also survived by his seventeen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
