She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Scrivens and Martha Scrivens; and her husband Richard. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Helmer of Salem, Ore and Carl Helmer of Idaho Falls; and her daughter-in-law Angela. She is also survived by two daughters, son-in-law, and one great grandchild.
