He was predeceased by: his father Glen Ray Rowberry; and his siblings, Ralph and DeAnn. He is survived by: his mother Cora Rowberry (Vern); his wife Dianne Bush of Idaho Falls, ID; his son David Bush (Elizabeth) of Idaho Falls, ID; and his sisters, JoAnn and Tina.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
