He was predeceased by: his sister Linda; and his son Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Cindi; and his children, Heather Smith (Matt), Melody Shaw (Gilbert) and George Messenger (Alisa). He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
