He is survived by: his significant other Janet Poliski (Anderson); his children, Eric Poliski (Danielle), Van Poliski (Alexis) and Janalee Poliski (Brett Klassen); and his siblings, Deb Jackson (Ric) of Elbert, CO, Nick Poliski (Lisa) of Idaho Falls and Carleen Bare (Kurt) of Terreton, ID.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandson.
