He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Willard Casper and Ruth Margaret Hansen Casper; and his sister Randee Sue Jones. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lee Casper of Idaho Falls, ID; his sons, Jason Casper (Lynitia) of Orchard Park, NY, Derik Casper (Amanda West) of St. Paul, MN and Christian Casper (Jaimi) of Charlotte, NC; his sisters, JoAnn Freeman (Richard) of Idaho Falls, ID, Kathy Elliott (Phillip) of Afton, WY and Cindy Holmes (Kevin) of Logan, UT; and his grandchildren, Tanner, Kyler, Campbell, Sadie Grace, Clara and Harriet.
