He is survived by: his children, Karina Leatham of Idaho Falls, ID and Phillip Leatham, Jr. (Tracy) of Idaho Falls, ID; his sister Brenda J. Hare of Idaho Falls, ID; his grandson Kyler Wade Hope; and his great grandchildren, Klayton Wade Hope and Kayne Mathew Hope.
