He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kenneth Ragan and Melba Miller Ragan; his brothers, Ronald Ragan and Raymond Ragan; his great grandchild Ellsie Ragan; and his grandson Keaton Ragan.
He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn Ragan; his children, Julie Hegstrom (Justin) of Idaho Falls, ID, Robert Ragan (Karol) of Idaho Falls, ID and Scott Ragan (Deidra) of Idaho Falls, ID; and his siblings, Rodney Ragan (Josephine) of Ammon, ID and Margery Houdyshell (Lynn) of Meridian, ID. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
