He is survived by: his sons, Donald Eugene Carr (Kathleen) of Victor, Thomas Richard Carr of Borrego Springs and David Robert Carr of Hermiston, Oregon; and his sister Joann Carr Kingkade of San Diego, California. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
