He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Andrew Mitchell, Sr. and Eleanor Ruth Rehanek. He is survived by: his wife Anne Elizabeth Hancock; and his children, Richard Andrew Mitchell, III (Cheryl) and Elizabeth Ferrara (Karl Ehlert). He is also survived by 4 grandkids, and 2 great grandkids.
