He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Andrew Hall and Laura Lucille Lawhorn Hall; his siblings, William Ray, John Charles, Jimmy Lee and Patsy Ann Norman; his brothers-in-law, Doug DeRoest and Robert Ward; his stepdaughter Charleen Pantle; and his grandson-in-law Kenny Olehy.
He is survived by: his son Robert Hall Jr. (Brenda) of Idaho Falls, Idaho; his stepsons, Gerald Mothershed (Tish) of Parma and Danny Riley (Brenda) of Payette, Idaho; his granddaughter Marie Pantle of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and his sisters, Teresia Smith, Betty Norris of Baker City, Lois Jean "Jeanie" DeRoest of Nampa and Donna Ward (Robert) of Baker City, Oregon. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Coltrin Mortuary (2100 1st St, Idaho Falls, ID 83401).
