He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lawing McCulloch and Betty Lee Aubuchon McCulloch; and his sisters, Michelle Brittain and Cathie Duchscher. He is survived by: his wife Ann McCulloch of Ammon, ID; his children, Tammy Sher (Monty) of Idaho Falls, ID and Craig McCulloch of Idaho Falls, ID; and his sisters, Carole Green of Rexburg, ID and Nancy Williams (John) of Dayton, OH. He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
