He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Allen Rish and Mary A. Tryon Rish; and his brothers, Gary L. Rish and Harley D. Rish. He is survived by: his wife Merrilyne Rish; his children, Robert L. Rish, Michael Wayne Rish and Laura Marie Ogren; his grandsons, Robert Rish III, Zachery Rish, Josh Ogren, Tyler Ogren and Hunter Ogren; and his siblings-in-law, Sonja Rish, Donna Rish and Leroy Dennis. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
