We announce the death of Robert Ybarra of Idaho Falls, Idaho, who passed away on September 20, 2026, at the age of 72. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Ybarra and Trinidad Villalejos Ybarra; his nephew Damon Jones; his son-in-law Bob Springer; his parents-in-law, George Dannehl and Zella Dannehl; and his brother-in-law David Fischer.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Ybarra of Idaho Falls, ID; his children, Niki Springer of Elma, WA and Derek Ybarra of San Diego, CA; his siblings, Susan Jones of Walnut, CA, Raymond Ybarra (Monique) of Grenada, CA, Linda Orduno of Brawley, CA, Virginia Cook of Bullhead City, AZ, Grace Oxford of Bakersfield, CA, David Ybarra of Bakersfield, CA, Angel Ybarra of Bakersfield, CA, Sylvia Ybarra of Bakersfield, CA and Kacy Kirk of Bonsall, CA; and his grandchildren, Miriam Springer, Roya Ybarra, Edward Camacho and Eva Ybarra.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Wood Funeral Home & Crematory - Ammon (963 S Ammon Rd, Ammon, ID 83406). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Wood Funeral Home East Side (963 S Ammon Rd, Ammon, ID 83406).
