He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore J. Westra and Jeanette Alsum Westra. He is survived by: his wife Susan Westra of Idaho Falls, ID; his children, Theo Westra of Ripon, CA, Lauren Whiteside (Chris) of Ripon, CA and Erica Wray (Jason) of Gallipolis, OH; and his siblings, Jerry Westra (Nancy) of Bellflower, CA, Myra Salie (Don) of Oakdale, CA and Julie Craig (Jim) of Corona, CA. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
