She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Westley Church and Ruth Topin Church; and her husband John Leon Lewis (Joe). She is survived by: her sons, Ernie Lewis (Marjean) of Idaho Falls, ID and John Lewis (Jodi) of Kuna, ID; and her sisters, Margaret Hansen (Vernon) of Idaho Falls, ID and Shirley Johnson of Rexburg, ID. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
