He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay T Smith and Delores Smith (Mace); his son Brandon (BJ); his brothers, Jay and Vance Smith (Boe); and his great-niece Jaden Schiewe.
He is survived by: his uncle Royce; his wife Sue Saye; his siblings, Lynn Smith (Sophia) and Mariann Schiewe; his sister-in-law Lynn Alderson; his siblings' children, Jake Schiewe (Amber), Jade Schiewe (Laura), Casey Smith (Melissa), Chad Smith (Keesha), Chance Smith, Lynnzie Lindstrom and Kelsey Mackert (Shad); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, LJ, Carter, Leah, Jayah, Macey and Carlie.
