He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Wilding of Idaho Falls, ID, Jennifer Robertson (Whitney) of Idaho Falls, ID and Angela Harris (Creighton) of Idaho Falls, ID; his father Fred Blair Sr. of Idaho Falls, ID; his siblings, Cindy Garner (Jeff) of Idaho Falls, ID, Tammi Millar (Gary), Freddy Blair, Jr. (Yana) of Idaho Falls, ID, Robert Blair (Mikelyn) of Idaho Falls, ID and Jimmy Blair (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Taylor, Rylee, Abigail, Terrence, Keiera, Steven, Ryker and Carson.
