She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Vance and Edna Grant Vance; her son Rod G. Snow, Jr.; and her siblings, Elizabeth Vance Cryder, Juanita Vance Loya, Martha Vance Meager, Lou Vance Drenk, Joseph W. Vance and Delores Vance Brett.
She is survived by: her husband George L. Kramer, Jr. of Idaho Falls, ID; her children, Cynthia Snow (Mark Pichel) of Palo Alto, CA and Tim J. Kramer of Destin, FL; and her brother Robert Carl Vance of Ogden, UT. She is also survived by 1 grandchild and 2 great grandchildren.
