He is survived by: his wife Laurel Crooks Burnside; his children, Rebecca Jo Hill (Ryan Connell), Chance Johnson Hill (Brady Morris) and Amy Jolene Christensen (Jake Phillips); his stepchildren, Tara Lyon (Brent) and Patrick Burnside (Marisa); and his brothers, Steve Hill (Kara) and Dwight Hill (Regina).
