He was predeceased by: his parents, Mertis Vernal Morgan and Lucile Grover Morgan; his brothers, Brent Jack Morgan and Mertis Gene Morgan; his granddaughter Kaylee Ann Morgan; and his son Brett Morgan.

He is survived by: his children, Ryan Morgan (Wendie) of Idaho Falls, ID, Natalie Morgan (Amber) of Idaho Falls, ID and Camile Morgan of Idaho Falls, ID; and his brother Bryan Gary Morgan (Tameron) of Irwin, ID. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
