With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Therese Ann Maass of Idaho Falls, Idaho, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 26, 2024 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Therese Ann Maass to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Bernard Pogodzinski and Agnes Pogodzinski (Zawadzki); her former life partners, Gerald Maass of Greenwood, Wisconsin. and Derek Ison; and her siblings, Lillian Friedenfels (Frank), Jerome and James.

She is survived by : her husband Brian Martz; her children, Patrick Maass (Amelia), Deanna Adriano (Miguel) and Suzanna Lau (David); and her siblings, Victor, Anthony, Frank (Connie), Thomas Pogodzinski (Betsy) and Susan Gambetta (Gerry). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and two and a half great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Parkwood Ward (395 2nd St, Idaho Falls, ID 83401). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Parkwood Ward Chapel (395 2nd St, Idaho Falls, ID 83401).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to either Humanitarian Services of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints or to Feeding America.
