He is survived by: his mother Ruth Bingham of Idaho Falls, ID; his wife Carolyn Howard of Idaho Falls, ID; his children, Brad Howard (Mary), Jessica Hicks (Brady), Natalee Snarr (Adam), Gretchen Barber (Kevin) and Courtney Byington (Lance) of Rigby, ID; and his siblings, Ann Latta of Mesa, AZ, John Howard of Idaho Falls, ID. and Paul Howard of Idaho Falls, ID.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Idaho Falls Brentwood Ward (2040 Brentwood Dr, Idaho Falls, ID 83402).
