He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Floyd Casper and Emily Pearl Andrus Casper; his son Kim Gene Casper (Tracy) of Ucon, Idaho; and his siblings, Marcheta Pearl Hodges, Barbara Buckland, Rhoda Taylor, Joan Woolf and Floyd G. Casper (Barbara).
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Gay Casper of Ammon, Idaho; his children, Tamara Gay Jolley of Rigby, Candice Pearl Anderson (Mark) of Iona, Idaho and Craig Zane Casper of Idaho Falls; and his brother Bill Casper (Mary) of Rigby, Idaho.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 18 great-great-grandchildren.
