He is survived by: his parent-in-law Larita Tippits; his grandson Payton; his nephews, Max and Rex; his son-in-law Shane; his granddaughter Danielle; his wife Natalie Shaffer (Nord); his children, Wendy Russell, Tres Thorpe (Reed), Danny (Nikki), Troy (Mindy) and Danielle Hamilton (Colter); his grandchildren, Cody Edmonds, Britney Armstrong, Cameron Anderson, Tasia Aguinaga, Shantae Greene, Justin Shaffer, Ashley Shaffer, Ricky Shaffer, Courtney Dial, Jeanaelie Shaffer, Victoria Hamilton, Laynee Hamilton and Olivia Hamilton; his sister Barbara Ward; and his sister-in-law Beatrice.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the LDS Church - Inkom (150 Snow Peak Boulevard, Inkom, ID 83245). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (150 Snow Peak Boulevard, Inkom, ID 83245). A burial will be held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Inkom Cemetery (3047 N Rapid Creek Rd, Inkom, ID 83245).
