She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Mathews and Lucille Mathews; her sons, Rodney, Richard Palmer and Donnie Cotant; and her siblings, Bill Mathews, Barbara Reese (Blaine) and Alice Dickson (Don).

She is survived by : her husband Karl Palmer; her children, Sherry Cotant, Christa Neifert (Rick) and Randy Palmer (Rachele); her grandchildren, Tyler Palmer (Brandie), Dakota Palmer, Rodney Neifert, Alysha Scott (Corey), Miranda Martinson (Adam), Montana Palmer and Machaela Alldredge (Brandon); and her brother Rick Mathews (Colleen). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
