In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Cory Jay leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Cory Jay may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn H Cox and Verdis Ilean Bloxham Cox. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Cox; and his children, Terrie Safford (Shawn), Brandon Cox (Shannon), Elane Burgess and Tyson Olson. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Coltrin Mortuary (2100 1st St, Idaho Falls, ID 83401). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cory Jay Cox's Home (5251 Rainbow Ln, Iona, ID 83427).
